130th Lincolnshire Show – Commemorates Peacock & Binnington for 116 years of Show Attendance

A few weeks ago saw the 130th Lincolnshire Show and proved the perfect location to celebrate the 120th Year anniversary of Massey Ferguson Dealership Peacock and Binnington, serving the farmers of Lincolnshire & Yorkshire.

The event kicked off with an evening presentation from guest speakers plus live music and canapés.

Glorious sunshine, a cold drink and delicious sausage rolls proved a real hit with customers when they visited the stand to view the machinery. Crowd pleasers over the two-day event included the Generation II Massey Ferguson 7382 Combine on Tracks.

The highlight of the show was being commemorated by the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society (LAS) as one of their longest standing supporters. Peacock & Binnington have attended every Lincolnshire Show held in the County since 1898. President, Richard Needham presented our Chairman Michael Peacock with a special print of an original painting of the show, commissioned by Mrs Parkes (A former President of LAS) It features ‘portraits’ of several well known show personalities and stock exhibitors and will hang in pride of place on the walls of our Brigg head office.
