Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void in Alaska, New York and Florida, where prohibited by law and outside the United States. Subject to all federal, state and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Massey Ferguson 200-hour demo 9S Tractor Giveaway Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States who are row crop and forage farmers and 18 years of age or older as of the time of entry. This Sweepstakes is void in the states of Alaska, New York and Florida, and in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever else restricted or prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is sponsored by AGCO Corporation (“Sponsor”), 4205 River Green Pkwy, Duluth, GA 30096, and administered by the sponsor. Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives of Sponsor and their legal, promotion and advertising agencies, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, promotion partners and or any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, sponsorship or administration of the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, uncle, aunt, nephew, niece, grandparent, in-law, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household (whether or not related), and each person or entity connected with the production or administration of the Sweepstakes, and each parent company, affiliate, subsidiary, agent and representative of any aforementioned entity are not eligible to enter. Sponsor shall have the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion. Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules, which can be found at https://www.fendt.com/us/about-us/farm-progress-show-2025.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at or about 12:00:01 AM CT on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on Friday, February 27, 2026.
3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter. (1.) During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Massey Ferguson booth, booth #781, at Commodity Classic in San Antonion, TX, and submit a digital entry form via the QR code in the booth for one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. (2.) Visit the Massey Ferguson booth at Commodity Classic, booth #781, during the Sweepstakes Period to request and complete a paper entry form for one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Entry fields include your name, farm location, email, phone number, your current tractor brand and model, and the approximate number of acres on your operation.
   
   Any personal information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Notice located at https://www.fendt.com/us/privacy.
   
   All submitted information shall be referred to herein as your “Sweepstakes Entry.” Sweepstakes Entries must take place during the Sweepstakes Period according to Sponsor’s electronic time stamp. All Sweepstakes Entries that are complete and otherwise meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules will be entered in the Sweepstakes drawing described below. LIMIT OF ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. Additional entries from the same person account will be deemed ineligible.
   
   NO SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGED OR RETURNED AND, IN FACT, MAY BE DESTROYED. ANY SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY (OR ANY PORTION THEREOF) THAT DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS DESCRIBED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES WILL BE DEEMED INELIGIBLE.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The winners of the Sweepstakes drawing will be randomly selected by Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator (collectively, “the Sweepstakes Entities”) on or about March 3, 2026, from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period (each, a “Winner”). The random drawing will be conducted by the Sweepstakes Entities using randomization methods selected in its sole discretion. Potential Winners will be notified via phone or email provided at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any potential Winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential Winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, the potential Winner does not respond within SEVEN (7) days of the first notification attempt, or if the Prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential Winner, such potential Winner will forfeit his or her Prize and an alternate Winner may be selected in a separate random drawing from all remaining eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (“Alternate Selection Process”). If any potential Winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a Prize for any reason prior to award, such potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected per the Alternate Selection Process. Sponsor will attempt to contact up to two (2) potential alternate Winners of the Prize in accordance with such Alternate Selection Process, and if there is still no confirmed Winner of the Prize after such attempts have been made, the applicable Prize may go unawarded.
5. PRIZE: There is one (1) Grand Prize: short-term demo of a Massey Ferguson 9S tractor to be used within 4-months of receiving the tractor. All hours must be used within the time frame, or by November 15, 2026, whichever comes first. The Grand Prize includes usage of up to 200 hours and custom support from Massey Ferguson specialists. The Approximate Retail Value (the “ARV”) of each Prize is Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($24,000 USD).
   
   Except as may be required by law, the Prize cannot be transferred for value, substituted, or redeemed for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Prize may not be extended, transferred or refunded. Any stated difference between the approximate value and actual value of the Prize or any substituted Prize will not be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible if any Prize is lost, stolen, or destroyed. Each Winner is responsible for the reporting and payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any.
6. INSURANCE AND INDEMNITY: Selected Winner will assume all risks of use or operation of the equipment arising out of the use or operation of the equipment except to the extent that any injury, loss or damage is caused by a defect in the equipment. Winner agrees that in no event shall Massey Ferguson or its affiliates, agents, dealers or employees have any liability for consequential, special, indirect or incidental damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, lost profits or loss of use) with respect to the supply, use, operation, maintenance or malfunction of the equipment, whether those claims are based in contract or in tort (including negligence or strict liability) or otherwise.
7. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. ARV of all Prizes to be awarded is Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($24,000 USD).
8. PRIZE CONDITIONS: Grand Prize will only be awarded to a current farmer, and can only be used within 4-months of receiving the tractor. All hours must be used within the time frame, or by November 15, 2026, whichever comes first. By accepting the Prize, Winner agrees to participate in a short post-season interview documenting their experience, and expressly grants Sponsor the right, unless prohibited by law, to use the associated material (including video, text and images) without compensation, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of Sponsor and all matters related to the Sweepstakes, in any manner or medium, throughout the world in perpetuity. Winner shall be required to provide a valid US delivery address and acceptance of terms and return to Sponsor or Sweepstakes Administrator within the designated time period. If (i) any Prize is returned as undeliverable, (ii) Winner declines his or her prize, (iii) Winner fails to provide complete entry information and/or timely reply to Sponsor within the designated time period, or (iv) Winner fails to comply with any of the Official Rules as outlined herein, such Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing at the Sponsor’s discretion.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY / RELEASES: BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING AGENCIES, WEBSITE OR APPLICATION PROVIDERS, WEB MASTERS, ANY OTHER ENTITY INVOLVED IN THE MARKETING, PROMOTION, DEVELOPMENT, ADMINISTRATION, OPERATION, OR FULFILLMENT OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR PREPARATION, MANUFACTURE, PROVISION, OR DELIVERY OF ANY PRIZE OR PRIZE COMPONENT, AND ITS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THIS SWEEPSTAKES CANNOT BE ADMINISTERED OR CONDUCTED OR ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS RESULTING OR ARISING FROM ACTS OF GOD, WAR, OR TERRORISM, CIVIL UNREST, STRIKES, SUPPLY SHORTAGES, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, PANDEMICS, EPIDEMICS, WIDESPREAD ILLNESS, COMPLIANCE WITH ANY LAW OR ORDER OF A GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY, OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR ACT, EVENT OR OCCURRENCE BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF THE SPONSOR. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE, APPLICATION, OR PROGRAM ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SUCH WEBSITE, APPLICATION, OR PROGRAM.
   
   WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING EACH WEBSITE, APPLICATION, PROGRAM ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIZES, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. 12. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE: These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. By entering the Sweepstakes, you are subject to, and agree to submit to, the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Georgia for purposes of resolving any dispute or action relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules.
