Massey Ferguson has turned its attention to the development of its below 100 hp machinery ranges and the results will be on show at the EIMA show at Bologna from November 15th.
Massey Ferguson has spent the last three years developing new machines in every sector of the 100+ hp machinery market so it was only a matter of time before it did the same for its under 100 hp machines.
Declan Hayden, Vice President Marketing for Massey Ferguson EAME said,
“We are planning to repeat the success that we have achieved with our new 100+ hp award winning tractor ranges by placing a strong focus on the below 100 hp sector.
It is a particularly interesting and important sector of the machinery market. The sector is made up of many different types of customers, from small to medium and specialist farming enterprises through to horticultural, grounds care and utility operations.
“It’s a market sector that Massey Ferguson understands particularly well. Performance is measured in terms of versatility and the machine’s ability to apply power productively from one specialised task to another. Small horsepower does not mean small productivity. The opposite is true. Our intent is to enable the machine to exceed the customers performance expectation, no matter what task the operator is demanding of it. Massey Ferguson is particularly good at doing that”.
At the EIMA Show Massey Ferguson is planning to launch a completely new range of below 100 hp tractors and introduce enhancements and changes to its other tractor ranges in this sector.
“Massey Ferguson is increasing its share of the machinery market in every region of the World as a result of the huge investments that we are making in new product development” continued Declan Hayden
“The EIMA Show will serve as a showcase for the research and design that Massey Ferguson is applying to the demands of the smaller horsepower user”.
