HVAC System

A high-volume Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system is located at the base of the cab on the right-hand side.

External air enters the main vent located on the right rear fender to trap outside contaminants. Air passes through a three-stage main filter composed of activated carbon that meets the ASAE S525.1.2 requirements and filters out particles down to three-micron size.

*Recirculating Air Flow
Once air passes through the main filter system, it moves through a recirculation system consisting of a filter, three-speed blower and evaporator/heater assembly. The recirculation filter further removes particles of three-micron size or larger from the air. Total cab interior air is changed every 36-seconds.

*Pressurization System
The cab is pressurized by a separate blower to maintain a sealed operator environment that protects against wind blown contaminants entering the cab. A unique pressure gauge located in the cab roof provides constant monitoring of cabin pressure and indicates when filter service is required.
