With several transmissions available, you can tailor your tractor to the jobs at hand. Shuttle transmissions for loader work, Optional Creeper transmissions (471 & 481 only) for sub-mile per hour speeds, and standard shift transmissions for any application imaginable.

• 8F x 2R Transmission
o The 8F x 2R transmission is a sliding gear transmission with 2 slow gears, 4 working range gears, and 2 transport gears
o Standard on the MF 471 & 481
o Optional Creeper available

• 8F x 8R Shuttle Transmission
o The 8F x 8R synchronized shuttle transmission is a great transmission to have for loader work. On-the-go shifting improves cycle times and allows you to get more done during the workday.
o Optional on the MF471 & 481
o Optional Creeper available

• 12F x 4R Partially Synchronized Transmission
o The 12F x 4R partially synchronized transmission is synchronized between 2nd and 3rdgear and between slow and fast.
o Standard on the MF491 & 492
