* Customers can expect to deal with fully-trained personnel offering the finest support in technical and practical advice, parts supply, machine maintenance and repair.
* An Aftersales Technical Support Helpdesk is also on hand to provide expert back-up for customers and dealers once Powerseries gensets have been installed on-site.
* Training for dealer staff is carried out either at our manufacturing partner’s headquarters in Northern Ireland or on territory. Customised product training programmes are also available to meet specific needs.
