Its massive knife to auger clearance and powered conveyor belts combine to give head-first, even feed into the machine, working with all crops, in all conditions.

The following control systems can be specified:

• Pre-set cutting height for effortless headland turns.
• Cutting height control for even stubble height.
• Field pressure control giving the lowest possible cutting height, speeding up your harvest in difficult conditions.
• Auto Level table continuously adjusts the table left and right to follow the contours of the field.
• Auto reel speed adjusts reel speed to ensure your selected ‘forward speed to reel speed ratio’ is maintained as you harvest.
• Schumacher knife system offers high performance with rugged durability. The ‘under and over’ cutting process gives quality cutting in all conditions.
• Oilseed rape auger - an optional rape auger can be fitted which increases performance in tall crops.

A unique eight bar threshing cylinder with heavy-duty backing bars ensures smooth, even crop flow with constant speed.

The highly permeable concave has an additional front rub bar for early threshing. The result is a clean grain sample with maximum separation.

There is a solid area between the additional bar and first concave bar ensuring a firm 'rub' so de-awners and fillers are not required.

The rotary separator’s speed and concave clearance can be adjusted easily to suit your crop, maximising separation and minimising straw damage.

Constant Flow keeps the combine fully loaded to increase output by sensing the load on the cylinder and electronically varying the combine forward speed to match the crop.

A separate re-thresher re-threshes crop without mixing grain with straw.

The seives and fan can be easily adjusted via Datavision, so settings can be altered between crops.

High grain pan divisions mean lower grain loss on slopes, channelling crop backwards and therefore preventing sieve overload.

The grain pan and sieves can be removed quickly and easily.

The large grain tank is easy to clean out for quick crop change, meaning minimum down time especially when harvesting seed crops.

Massey Ferguson’s unique eight walker system efficiently transports straw from the rotary separator to the chopper, removing trapped grain and returning it to the machine.

Straw quality is maintained, and power requirement is considerably less than ‘powered separation’ systems, resulting in lower fuel consumption. Straw fed through the CENTORA system suffers less damage and is easier to pick up when swathed. A single lever diverts the straw from the Straw chopper to leave a swath on the ground for effortless baling.

The CENTORA range is equipped as standard with the Min-Till Chopper, which has eight rows of serrated blades and a fast rotor speed meaning very short straw length. The straw chopper can achieve a spread of up to 9 metres, with an additional ‘dual chop’ bar for a more aggressive chopping action.

The chaff spreader is designed to spread the full width of the table, and will fold out of the way top allow easy access to the sieves.

Both CENTORA combines are available as Auto Level machines where the combine rump levels independently, adjusting for slopes of up to 12%. This enables the combine to work at maximum efficiency for the majority of the time, even in steep or hilly conditions.

The Auto Level system is easily controlled by Datavision, making seamless adjustments to the machine and table while harvesting. It works in conjunction with the table controls to provide the complete package.
All the internal components are kept level allowing them to operate at full productivity.

Fingertip controls, air conditioning and tinted glass are standard, as is the air suspension seat which suits drivers of every shape and size. The new ‘3D’ steering column helps you find the perfect working position, and there is also an upholstered instructor seat.

Eight work lights as standard ensure safe round-the-clock productivity, and the operator has a perfect view of the unloader. Unloader engagement is protected so that it cannot be switched on accidentally. It can also be locked on for static unloading.

The Multifunction Lever is part of the armrest and can be adjusted to suit the operator’s driving preference.

Four daily greasing points mean a quick turnaround in the morning, keeping unproductive time to a minimum.

The solid engine cover offers safe and secure access to the grain tank and protects the engine from the elements while closed. When open it offers unrestricted access to the engine.

Two-piece side panels provide safe access for routine maintenance, and a detachable engine bay ladder enables the operator to reach every area.
