Features

Unique in-line design;

• Permits better weight distribution and reduce ground compaction.
• Designed to run in-line directly behind the tractor for unrivalled convenience and field efficiency.

Field and transport positions are one and the same;

• You never have to move bales out of the way when opening up a field or jockey through gateways.
• Narrow overall transport width of 2.6 m.

1.9 m wide pick-up with centering augers;

• Increase baling capacity by evenly filling both sides of the bale chamber.
• Uniform shaped bales.

From the time the crop enters the wide low-profile pick-up, until it drops out the back as a finished bale, the crop follows a straight path;

• No right angle turns, no cross-conveying augers or forks to cause crop damage.
• Low power requirement.
• Uniform shaped bales.

Low profile pick-up to gently lifts the crop a short distance and feeds it directly into a pre-packer chamber;

• Reduces crop damage and leaf loss.
• Improves crop feed.
• Allows for an increased working speed.

Bale flakes are pre-formed before being swept straight into the bale chamber.

• Consistent feeding of material.

High plunger speed – 100 strokes per minute;

• Higher speed gives increased output.

Hesston built knotters;

• Designed for years of trouble free maintenance.
• Rugged design for excellent reliability bale after bale.

Optional hydraulic bale density control;

• As crop conditions vary across the field and at different times during the day, the system automatically adjusts the pressure on the tension rails to ensure consistent bale shape and density.

Adjustable hay resistor doors;

• Complement the pressure from the top and bottom rails for controlled bale density.
