This patented system offers levelling on slopes up to 20%. Combine components are generally designed to work on the level. This system maintains that level longer on slopes and therefore keeps the machine longer - increasing your output. Electronic control makes the system sensing and movement very smooth and secure. The compact and clever system connects the front wheel hubs to the chassis via a lower triangularshaped bracket and a link arm above – forming a parallelogram shaped linkage only moving the hubs when necessary. width of the machines is below 3.5m when in transport with 800/65R32 size tyres on the 5walker and 650/65R32 on the 6 walker.Part of the package for balance is a standard 4WD system, this gives more positive steering control and greater traction in all conditions, making it a safer place for your operator to work.

Now available on the MF BETA combine is the unique Powerflow table which increases output in all crops and conditions

The Powerflow table and the Powerfeed roller will together provide excellent crop feed and even head first feeding thus ensuring optimum performance.

All MF BETA combines are available with 5.4 m (18ft), 6.10 m (20ft) or 6.60 m (22ft).

A separate pump, mounted in the engine bay, will drive the hydraulic reel and ensure an even flow to the reel separated from all other hydraulic functions.

A table trailer has been introduced for all Massey Ferguson combines.

Simple and ruggedly-built, the Freeflow cutting table has light and easy control to harvest any crop effortlessly.

With cutting widths from 4.8 m – 6.6 m, the Freeflow table features a welded frame to which bolt-on panels (such as the table bottom plates) are mounted, making it extremely easy to replace parts when necessary.

A powerfeed roller is fitted between the table and the main crop elevator, giving a more even crop flow and reducing the power required to thresh the crop. It also distributes the crop across the full width of the elevator to maximise potential of the threshing unit.

Cutting duty is carried out by a self-cleaning Schumacher knife and gearbox. The cut crop feeds into a large diameter table auger fitted with feathering fingers along its whole length to ensure a positive feed of crop into the main crop elevator.

The auger is protected by a slip clutch, and reel adjustment is electro-hydraulically controlled with speed changes made via a variator unit on the left-hand side of the table.

Automatic cutting height control is standard to maximise cutting performance over all terrain, and Massey Ferguson’s optional Autolevel feature allows the table to follow changes in land contour of up to 8%.

High performance threshing is guaranteed with the well-proven high inertia cylinder and heavy-duty concave featuring adjustable speed.

The concave has independent adjustment of the front and rear settings, giving the operator more control over threshing performance.

Uniquely, when not required, the rotary separator can be disabled by rotating its concave up over the top of the separator drum. This in turn provides the operator with more flexibility to optimise the grain sample and combine performance in dry harvesting conditions.

Closed bottom-design straw walkers feature four steps and are equipped with punched grid ‘active walls’ to give extra open surface area for more efficient separation.

A full width electrically-adjustable fan provides clean air to the high performance sieves ensuring an excellent grain sample in all conditions.

Straw choppers feature serrated knives to give a clean chop and reduce the power requirement. For residue handling, options of electrical deflectors and chaff spreader are available.

A fully-adjustable shearbar, stationary knives and straw chopper hood ensure complete control over the quality and spread of the chopped straw.

The super-comfort XLR cab comes with air conditioning, heating, air suspended seat and 3D adjustable steering.

A full view of the table is complemented by the ergonomic layout of the monitors and controls, and an Agritronicplus monitor provides a full range of harvesting information to maximise harvesting potential.
